1. General

By booking a session or tour, you agree to these terms governing our professional relationship.

2. Payment

All bookings require full payment in advance via PayPal. By completing payment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Up to 48 hours before the session: Full refund.
• Between 24 to 48 hours before the session: 50% refund.
• Within 24 hours of the session: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the session.

5. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness). In such cases, a full refund or a rescheduled session will be offered.
